Whilst this will give you a good insight into our school it is difficult to fully capture the friendly, vibrant and purposeful atmosphere that is the Salisbury High School community. Our curriculum is varied to meet the needs of different pupils by providing a range of experiences. This includes starting GCSEs or A Levels early, practical ‘hands on’ courses and even some university study! In this way every pupil is catered for, regardless of ability. The arts are only part of what is on offer here at Salisbury High and we have strengths in many other areas such as sports and vocational education. Specialist Arts SchoolSalisbury High is a specialist Arts College. This designation builds on our strengths in this area. We promote the use of the Arts across the curriculum to enhance learning. We have introduced new courses and have regular productions involving collaboration between our Music, Drama and Art departments, have residencies involving Arts professionals working with our students and frequent trips and visits to shows, concerts, galleries and exhibitions.
